Kendall Mason
Head MX Coach
Kendall has over 28 years of racing experience. He competed professionally in Motocross and Supercross from 2010 to 2014 and has trained under respected riders such as Matt Walker and Kenny Bartram. He was able to race professionally while maintaining a full-time college course load at Auburn University, graduating in May 2016. During his professional career, he earned multiple night show appearances while racing under Gus Decker’s privateer tent. He has also achieved multiple top-10 finishes across various classes at amateur national events. Since 2010, Kendall has trained riders at every level, working with athletes ranging from beginners to fellow professional racers. He has hosted training schools alongside other professional motocross racers and trainers, including Tim Ferry, Heath Harrison, Andre Penn, and many others. He is an organized, motivated trainer with a positive attitude that benefits riders in all aspects of riding and racing. He considers Monster Mountain MX his second home, a role it has held since the track opened in 2000. Much of his development and success as a racer came from time spent at the facility. He also believes Monster Mountain MX provides all the tools necessary to develop successful and safe motocross riders.
